Ingenia is Going Global
New Black Compound & Concentrate Plant
Adding capacity in Brantford, Ontario
Ingenia is Going Global
In January 2007, Ingenia established
its first satellite office outside North America, in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Zach Charlton, who has been with the company for 6 years, along with the support of teams
in Houston and Toronto, is working on establishing the company in that country and region.
With a plant scheduled to open up in Q3 2008, Ingenia will be well poised to support the
growing opportunities in the Kingdom, the Gulf Cooperation Countries as well as of
nearby countries, including Turkey and Egypt.
With the landscape of the plastics industry changing, many of our resin producing customers are moving to and adding
capacity to the region, which is why Ingenia selected the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
as the optimal location for its next expansion.
With an abundant supply of raw materials for the manufacture of petrochemicals in the region,
a large population of young, trainable Saudi's, Ingenia is looking to help build the
plastics processing industry in the Kingdom.
Please check back for more announcements on this expansion.
This expansion was first announced at the Toronto "Canada Plast-Ex Show" on May 2nd, 2007.
