Step 1 – APPLICATION
Candidates are encouraged to apply for positions of interest for which they are qualified by linking to email@example.com. After you apply for a position, the hiring manager will be notified that an application is received.
Step 2 – SOURCING
Your application is directly routed to the hiring manager for that position where it will be reviewed against the minimum requirements of the position. Although we appreciate your interest in Ingenia, only the most qualified candidates will be considered and contacted directly. In the event you are not selected, you will receive an e-mail notification verifying your application status.
Step 3 – INTERVIEW
The interviewing process is critical to both Ingenia and the candidate. We recognize that candidates have a choice in where they want to work and this is an opportunity for both of us to assess what each other has to offer. During this process we are assessing technical expertise and cultural fit. This is also a time for Ingenia to provide candidates with a better understanding of who we are, what we have to offer, and why Ingenia provides a unique perspective and experience. The interview may consist of a phone interview, an invitation to visit our location, or when schedules conflict an on-line Internet-based, video interview.
Step 4 – SELECTION
The selected candidate will receive a call directly from Ingenia to discuss the position and extend an offer to join our Company. Once the position is filled, remaining candidates will be notified as to the outcome of their application.
