Pipe

Manufacturing pipe requires the use of a single or twin screw extruder to melt and mix molten plastic. The molten plastic is forced through a die head to form the pipe shape. The pipes dimensions are refined to exact requirements usually with vacuum processes which occurs concurrently with the pipe cooling.
