Training & Development

All full time positions are posted on the IngeniaPolymers.com website. You can search for various opportunities by utilizing the filters (i.e. by title, location) on the career section of our website. Internship and Coop opportunities may be listed but normally these positions are sourced directly at university job fairs.

In order to ensure that all candidates are considered equally, all open positions will be listed on our website. We will consider potential candidates through our website only and encourage you to apply online for the best opportunity for consideration.

Positions are posted as they become available. Most positions will be posted for up to 60 days or until a candidate is selected. As such, we encourage you to check back frequently and apply for the position which most closely matches your experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities.

All candidates are screened by a hiring manager. Candidates will receive an automated response throughout the process notifying them of where they are in the various recruitment steps. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted directly.

Co-ops & Internships

Ingenia embraces learning and understands that students need practical learning experiences to assist them in making career selections. At that end, Ingenia plays an active role and feels responsible to broaden your perspective through internship and co-op opportunities. Through these programs, you receive challenging assignments that stretch your capabilities while integrating academic theory into industry practices. Upon graduation, your demonstrated academic excellence and work experience provide you with a unique opportunity to apply for full time employment opportunities at Ingenia.

Internship Opportunities

Internships are normally full-time paid positions predominantly in the summer although Ingenia has hosted co-op students and others depending on their school schedules and availability. All internships and co-ops are normally hand-selected at various university career fairs throughout the United States and Canada. Ingenia will work with various educational institutions to alternate student work schedules and academics to maximize their learning potential. Typically participation in our internship program consists of students that have a minimum of two years academic experience (i.e. summer of junior and senior academic years). Opportunities also exist for Masters and First Year MBA students. Ingenia typically offers internships to students with majors in:

In order to qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Minimum 3.0 GPA
